Cancellation before shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 4 business Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 3 to 4 business Working Days after receiving the cancellation request.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 - 72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48 - 72 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
GENERAL SCENARIO
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Fougère Fragrance has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fougère Fragrance and accept www. fougerefragrance.in decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation of Order by Fougère Fragrance
Fougère Fragrance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Fougère Fragrance for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
How do I return an item purchased on Fougère Fragrance?
Fougère Fragrance offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 3 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened and tempered article will not be refunded or returned.
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (care@Fougère Fragrance) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
- There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither Fougère Fragrance nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
- We don’t accept returns on Perfume Decants and Testersin any conditions what so ever. These decants are order made according to customer need.
- We will accept return of Retail Packsonly if they are in the same condition as we sent them (Sealed in its Original Packing). We won’t accept return or replacement if the cellophane is tampered and you did not like the product or find it weak or any other reason. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
- In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end, choice of customer will be final.
- If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
- 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
- For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given
